Australian & New Zealand Orders
Delivery time is estimated at 2-7 working days depending on your location (regional addresses may have a longer delivery time than metro).
We offer free standard delivery on all Australian orders over $50, and a Flat rate of $12.95 on all New Zealand orders.
Please note: If one of the items on your order is out of stock, we will notify you within 2 business days. We will wait until all the items are in stock to dispatch your order.
Delivery time is estimated at 8-10 working days depending on your location. CameLife is not responsible for delays incurred by the receiving country's customs and mail service.
Standard delivery is $35 to all locations outside of Australia and New Zealand. To check if we ship to your country, please email: email@example.com.
CameLife are not responsible for custom charges and restrictions that vary from country to country and result from the importation of certain goods. The purchaser remains responsible for all charges and fees incurred.

CameLife accepts payment by Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and direct bank transfers. We also offer Afterpay service.
Track Your Order
Your order will be sent via Australia Post’s eParcel service. When your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email with a link that allows you to track your order via the Australia Post website.
Orders over $250 will require a signature of receipt. For this reason, you may wish to ship to your business address if you are not at home during business hours. If you are not in at the time of delivery, Australia Post will leave a calling card at your address, and you will then need to collect the package from a post office.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. Once we have processed the order, it cannot be cancelled and will have to be processed as a return, as per our returns policy below.
It is always important to use products as directed on the label. In the unlikely case that your skin becomes irritated or shows signs of an allergic reaction please stop using the product immediately and contact us through Facebook messenger, 1300 723220 or email at email@example.com. Please let our CameLife team know about the issue and why you wish to return your product.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please return your unopened goods to CameLife within 21 days of purchase for a full refund.
If you are not absolutely satisfied with your product, we will provide a full refund or credit. Returned product(s) must have at least 50% of the contents remaining. The claim for a refund must be made within 21 days of the shipment date. Please see our Returns policy. Please note we cannot accept returns of Clearance/Sale items.
Guide to Returning Products
All items must be received by us in the same condition as you received them, so please pack up any returned items carefully to ensure that they arrive safely. Any goods returned will be at the customers expenses, regardless of the reason for their return. The only exception is where we have sent an incorrect or faulty item. In these rare circumstances, CameLife will cover the costs associated with returning the item(s). The refund will not exceed our standard shipping fee and can only be paid once the item(s) has been received by CameLife
